Spacious area with ample seating, smart TV, and dining area for 6. There is also a TV room with a sectional sofa. There is a dining area in the kitchen and also another off the living room.

Pool, outdoor dining area, seating area and meticulously crafted landscape.

★ POOL:
A heated pool for year-round enjoyment, complemented by a rejuvenating outdoor shower. The pool in enclosed for bugs and mosquitos.

★ PARKING:
Convenient driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be left at the door; guests are responsible for retrieval.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
Security and fraud prevention check-in procedure required.

We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Tropical conditions with occasional native wildlife encounters. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence. Please me mindful of keeping food in the kitchen and dining areas.

Full access to the entire home, we are nearby and available for any questions.

Ample parking space is available for your convenience in the driveway. We recommend having a car as an excellent means of transportation to explore the area. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber as a convenient alternative for getting around.
