Globalement la maison était propre mise à part la cuisine, l’intérieur du frigo laissait à désirer avec des coulures… Nous n’avions pas compris que nous étions dans la maison principale de l’habitant et que sa nourriture serait encore dans le frigo. Il serait bien de préciser que le congélateur est tout petit et à l’extérieur surtout en période de canicule et qu’il y a une caméra extérieur active sur la terrasse qui suit tous les mouvements, ce n’est vraiment pas agréable de manger en ayant l’impression de se sentir observé.Sinon spa agréable et maison joliment décorée, les matelas sont de qualité.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié le spa, la décoration de la maison ainsi que la qualité des matelas. Nous sommes toutefois surpris par votre remarque concernant la caméra extérieure. Celle-ci est installée à l’extérieur pour des raisons de sécurité et n’a évidemment pas vocation à surveiller les voyageurs. Nous avons d’ailleurs constaté qu’elle avait été débranchée durant votre séjour, ce qui n’est pas autorisé. Concernant la cuisine et le réfrigérateur, nous prenons en compte votre remarque sur la propreté et serons particulièrement vigilants sur ce point. Il s’agit effectivement de notre résidence principale, ce qui explique que certains produits personnels puissent être présents dans le réfrigérateur. Nous allons également préciser davantage dans l’annonce l’emplacement et la taille du congélateur afin d’éviter toute mauvaise surprise. Nous avons l’habitude d’accueillir des voyageurs et n’avions jusqu’à présent rencontré aucun problème concernant ces différents points. Nous regrettons donc que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes et prenons en compte les remarques constructives afin d’améliorer l’expérience de nos futurs voyageurs.
