Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set the thermostats to Cool 77 F / hot 70 F degrees; Throw a bag of garbage in the container which is located outside at the back of the AC unit.
All dirty dishes put in the dishwasher; Please double-check for your belongings to ensure you do not leave your favourite necklace, charger, or pillow behind!
All dirty towels should be placed near the washing machine; If anything was accidentally broken/ malfunctioned and you have not yet reported it via the platform/txt that please let us know about it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only booked guests are permitted to stay in the house No animals No parking on the grass/neighbor parking lot/blocking the street Violation fine$750
No loud music time start at 9PM-8AM No parties allowed in the house No walking on the street/front yard with alcohol beverages

Svitlana was very responsive and was very accommodating with preparing the property for our needs during our stay, ie installing blackout curtains for our toddlers room, buying some basic groceries for us given we were arriving so late (very generous!), putting out toys for our toddler, etc. thanks Svitlana you made our stay very comfortable and the house is so spacious and roomy with everything you could possibly want.

Host kept us informed with check-ins and information throughout the stay. My family called this the house of beds. We traveled with a party of 9 and everyone was able to find a comfortable place to sleep. There were so many sleeping options! The home was lovely inside, we had no issues and complaints. VERY kid friendly. So much baby gear, anyone traveling with infants and toddlers would have everything they needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we had to.

Very spacious and clean home. It was perforcr for our family and m my 8month old was especially happy. The space was made for families with kids of all ages. They even had a crib so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with somewhere our son could sleep. He also had a blast playing with all the toys and walker.
