Please set the thermostats to Cool 77 F/ hot 70F degrees; All dirty towels should be placed near the washing machine; All dirty dishes put in the dishwasher;
Throw a bag of garbage in the container which is located inside the garage; Please double-check for your belongings to ensure you do not leave your favourite necklace, charger, or pillow behind!!!
If anything was accidentally broken or malfunctioned and you have not yet reported it via the platform/txt that please let us know about it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful kid/baby friendly home. It was absolutely perfect for our kids 4years old, 2 years old and 4 months old. Kids toys, plates, cups, cribs, bassinet, high chair, and more. It was very simply decorated and instructions where easy to follow for check in and check out. Would definitely rent again!

Home away from home

Located in a nice neighborhood. Thick and tall hedge along the driveway provided some privacy, but would be better to trim them down for parking. House was spacious for our group and all of us enjoyed the stay.

Packer game

Stayed one night, very clean and easy check in. Lots of little kids toys etc. could really use some cards or adult games. Water was also set for protection of very young children, could have been set a bit higher. Overall very nice location and communication with host.

Beautiful house

We rented the house for our whole family when we came into Jacksonville for a wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had an abundance of towels and wash cloths for all the guests, which was great. The toys and baby equipment made our stay with the grandchildren easier. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was very conscientious and inquiring if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed for a week’s stay. . We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families with babies and small kids

Nice neighborhood, clean house! house is great for babies and toddlers. Has a crib and bassinet, bouncy seat, floor toys for babies and many toys for toddlers. Even had a child lock on the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. House was well stocked with all the soaps and paper items one typically uses. They kindly provided a few snacks, tea and coffee. We were only there one night so we didn’t fully utilize the kitchen to know how well stocked it was, definitely had plenty of plates and glasses, including some for kids. I would stay here again if I plan to stay in Jacksonville again.
