Een uitstekend appartement op een rustige plek in Valras met alles op ‘redelijke’ looptafstand.

Positive : Goede ligging in rustig deel van Valras. Het appartement maakt onderdeel uit van een afgesloten ‘residientie’ waarbij je vanuit het appartement uitzicht hebt op het zwembad. Het comfort van het appartement is goed, incl 2 airco’s, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en apart toilet. Een groot ‘binnen’ balkon maakt het appartement als geheel een prettige plek. Er zijn een paar restaurantjes in de buurt. Leuke plek om te ontbijten/lunchen is ‘Croissanthe’. Op loopafstand (500 mtr) is ook een kleine supermarkt en een bakker. Bij het reserveren even opletten of je je eigen bedlinnen en handdoeken meeneemt of dat je het vooraf (!) bij de eigenaar reeerveert. Communicatie met de eigenaar gaat direct en in het Frans en is prettig.

Unterkunft entspricht dem Beschrieb. Wohnung ist sauber, Geräte und Einrichtung (Küche) in Ordnung. Beschrieb für Zugang (Code) erleichtert die Ankunft und Abreise. Kaution musste nicht hinterlegt werden. Gut zu wissen: - der schöne Pool ist ab dem 1.Oktober geschlossen. - Bettwäsche kann nicht gebucht werden -Endreinigung kann nicht gebucht werden
