Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo. The emerald green water and sugar white sand are only a few steps away from the cabanas at Beach Club. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and features granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer set.

Accommodations comfortably sleep 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 years old and younger from 10am-6pm.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Location right on the beach was just what we wanted. This 1 BR-1BA unit has everything you need for 2. Unit was clean, Beach Resort has indoor pool and hot tub which was needed in February. Very convenient to many restaurants and things to do, plus there's the BEACH!

We were in town for work and this was the perfect place to immediately relax after getting work done! Would love to come back here with NO work to do! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance either from the beach side or on the road frontage. Perfect location!

Beauty at the beach

The place was beautiful and clean right on the beach! Spacious and a great balcony. Steps away from the pool and the beach. Pensacola is a beautful white soft sand beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Beach Stay

I stayed at this condo and it was amazing. Beautiful view from you balcony and you can hear the waves from the condo and see the stars at night. It’s so convenient as it was steps from the hot tub and pool as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. I felt safe as I was by myself and never felt uncomfortable. Beautiful beaches are steps away!

This stay was perfect for my boyfriend and I for my family reunion! The view was great. The amenities were awesome. Location was on point and walkable to everything Pensacola has to offer. After hours check in was very easy and the communication was great.

I love this place. This is the first time in this one. It was clean right next to pool. The only issue was the bed sank in the middle. But love the place and the amenities. We will be back.

Just right!

Great small condo in great location! Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. First floor and just steps to pool and over the dunes to the beach. Can enjoy ocean views and sounds from the patio! It would be great if the patio had a pub-type table/chairs that were a bit taller so that the railing of the patio doesn’t obstruct the view. The Beach Towers complex is beautiful and the fitness room is amazing! I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again when in Pensacola!
