This charming three-bedroom/2.5-bath town home is located just across the street from the beach and the Gulf and is directly on the calm waters of Sabine Bay.

The main level of the unit includes an updated kitchen, dining area and large living room with views of the bay. The laundry area and half bath are also on this level. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the upper level. The master has a king bed and private bath. The two guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, share a hall bath.

Enjoy the lower level sitting area with access to the bay side of the property.

Additional unit amenities include complimentary wireless internet, outdoor grill and community pier.

You are only minutes away from dining, entertainment and shopping.

Great location

Peaceful place on Sabine Bay. Quiet stay and beautiful sunset views. Directly across from White Sands building 1. Also short walk to beach access.

Pensacola Beach Treehouse

We love the property location, with beach & bay access. Being so close to Fort Pickens was a plus. The beach is gorgeous & not crowded. House is clean & beautifully decorated. Some minor repair calls like slow bath drain & AC was handled in timely manner. Premier Management has great communication with guests.

Good location

Make sure you read the fine print before booking. Ask questions to avoid fees at check out. Just make sure you get everyone’s name that you speak to at the management company. Take videos and photos before settling in and the same when you check out. This will be a huge life saver. Property management company is very responsive and respectful. Location to pick up the keys to the unit was not far.

Sabine Dream

We stayed for one week at this property and enjoyed it overall. We requested the air filters to be changed in the AC due to guests with sensitive allergies (filters were very dirty) and the office dropped new filters off promptly. The upstairs AC unit stopped cooling mid week and we had to sleep in 80 degree temps for one night (box fans helped). The office was able to get someone to fix it the next day. It was unfortunate that one night of a 7 night stay was uncomfortable but it could’ve happened to any unit at any time. The staff was very easy to contact. Excellent location and layout of the condo!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Sabine Dream. It was located with easy access to the beach or the bay. Restaurants are nearby. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We had a slight issue checking in as our key wasn’t included in our welcome kit, but the staff was very friendly and hurriedly got a key for us. We would definitely come again.

Some Good and Bad

The good, this is a very good location, easy access to the beach. The check in and out process is very inconvenient. I have stayed at a ton of vacation rentals and this one is by far the most inconvenience. You must go to the rental agency to pick up the key, check in is 4 pm so we went at 4 and they asked if I had gotten a text that it was ready. I said no but it’s 4, they said they start the process then and we have to wait for a text it has been inspected???? What?? I said I just got here from Texas and had gone to the store already and I want my rental I paid for at 4, after a few words with management they saId I could have the key just to put the groceries in the frig but someone still had to inspect it. Very screwy, needless to say no one ever came. So the outside door has a super long digital code you have to put in to unlock the bottom part of the place and then a key to get into the house, They would only give me one key too which is very inconvenient when you have people staying with you. My dad was staying in the building next door and they were just given a code to use to open there house which is what this one needs so that you don’t have to have a key and also bring the key back to the agency when you leave. We had a 8 AM flight out and no car and I asked them if we could just leave the key since you still need a code to get into the house and they said no I had to bring it back, again very inconvenient!!! I had to get my dad to bring it back for me when they opened since I was already gone. The condo is nice, a little dated but nice enough. The master tub doesn’t drain which is gross to stand in 6 inches of dirty water and they have this cloth bath mat that you stand one that fills with water which is also gross which makes me think couldn’t clean it well since it doesn’t drain. I did call them and they sent someone to fix it which was good and it was better for a day and then slowly started again. We also brought game to play at night since the kitchen has a nice big table but unfortunately there isn’t a light above it and it is really dark so that was a no go. Also no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms or living rooms . The place is big and nice enough, but I think they have a few screwy things about it and the check in and out that they need to fix. The other families that had rentals also were through agencies and none of them had the weird check in and out we did.
