The home owner was great to work with. We had some questions before heading down because we had such a long trip. The home owner was very accommodating. Parking is directly in front of the home so no long hikes to get everything into the home. The home is water front which makes it great for the kids to play in when the Gulf is not exactly cooperating. Trolley stops are really close to the property which is a great plus for us. Beach access is from the parking lot of the property. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week get away. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third stay at this home and we will continue to book it in the future. We live local so we have stayed many places on Pensacola beach. We continue to choose it because of its location, cleanliness and beautiful views of little Sabine. My favorite part is sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the Osprys hunt for breakfast every morning. The AC works great and most importantly (because this is hard to find on the beach) the fridge water and ice taste great! I know how crazy that sounds but I love good water lol. My teenagers love the house as well. The kayaks are a fan favorite for my teens who coast around on the water out back. Large garage for your vehicle and quiet neighbors every time we have stayed. You literally can’t go wrong with this place! Thank you for another great Blue Angel weekend! We will be back!

Thank you so much! We‘ve enjoyed hosting you and your family. About the fridge and water, it‘s a brand new fridge, less than a month old! We are so happy that you’ve enjoyed the condo, views, balcony and bird watching as much as we have and hoped others would. That‘s what it’s all about!!

I've lived in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze for over 40 years. I enjoy hosting guests and providing a fun vacation for families and visitors. Pensacola Beach has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and we enjoy giving guests a great experience at our townhouse. I have four children, and two of them still live in the Pensacola area. We are very knowledgeable about Pensacola Beach and the surrounding region and can definitely help you with any questions you may have while you're planning or during your fun Pensacola Beach vacation!

Why they chose this property

This is one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach in my opinion. You can walk or drive about one mile to the main beach and entertainment at Casino Beach. Peg Leg Pete's, one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach, is a short walk or drive, just a half-mile away. The property is on a quiet stretch of the sabine where you can have access to the waterfront of the sabine, and the Gulf beach is just across the street. At this location you're close to everything, but you can also have some peace and quiet when you want it.

What makes this property unique

The location on Pensacola beach is excellent. The access to the waterfront of the sabine makes this a very special property. This is a newer townhouse that was built in 2007. The townhouse has 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which provides a lot of space for guests. The water views from the rooms and balconies are wonderful, including a Gulf view from the upstairs front bedroom.
