Gebucht habe ich eine komfortable Wohnung mit Südbalkon und Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer (wie auf dem Foto abgebildet). Diese Buchung wurde auch bestätigt. Bekommen habe ich eine zugige Wohnung im Altbau mit Heizstrahlern und Kaminofen, da die gebuchte Wohnung bereits belegt war.Um in der Wohnung eine erträgliche Temperatur zu erreichen, kann man entweder die Heizstrahler einschalten oder man muss den Kaminofen anheizen. Hierbei wird Strom extra in Rechnung, Holz jedoch kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.Der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit konnte bei den niedrigen Temperaturen und der Tatsache, dass dieser auf der Nordseite (und somit ohne Sonneneinstrahlung) liegt, leider nicht genutzt werden.Die Vermieter sind freundlich und die Umgebung ist sehr schön.Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass ich die Wohnung, die ich gebucht hatte, trotz Buchungsbestätigung nicht bekommen habe, werde ich künftig von der Nutzung dieses Anbieters absehen.

Spitzenwohnung und der Balkon ist Gold wert

Sehr saubere, gepflegte und nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Hell, viel Platz und der Balkon zum Sonnen und einfach nur entspannen. Alles ganz nah am Ortszentrum (Hafen und Strand). Wir haben die Wohnung schon für nächstes Jahr im Frühling wieder gebucht.

Einfach nur toll

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, die Küche war nagelneu. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und das Schlafzimmer geht in den Garten, dies ist besonders bei Kleinkindern sehr schön. Von den anderen Gästen hat man kaum etwas bemerkt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Urlaubsgestaltung, Stralsund ist in 5 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auf der Insel selbst erreicht man die weitesten Orte in etwa 30 bis 45 Min. mit dem Auto. In Altefähr selbst kann man mit den Kindern schön an den neuen Sandstrandbereich gehen auf dem auch ein schöner großer Spielplatz ist am Strand, dieser ist auch in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Discounter sind in Stralsund schnell zu finden.
