Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and stay with us in beautiful, quiet holiday homes with fenced-in properties and large gardens. After an exciting day exploring the Hanseatic city or the surrounding area, you can wind down the day in peace and quiet here with us.

Our property is located in Devin, a beautiful area on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Devin Beach is only about 500 metres away. Our property is situated right on the edge of a field, offering a beautiful view of nature. The new hiking trails invite hiking enthusiasts to explore the countryside.

On a fully fenced property, there are 2 holiday homes, each accommodating 4 people.
Each holiday home has its own terrace. The garden is available for shared use with guests from the other holiday home.

Please note that this is a shared property with another holiday home, where other guests may be staying with dogs and/or children. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per holiday home.

There are several fruit trees on the property. Feel free to pick your own daily dose of vitamins for breakfast or a fruit snack on the go!

A portable outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower are available for guests to cool off. If you’re interested, simply add the sauna to your booking.

There’s a bike shed for your bikes and a free parking spot for your car right by the house.

Small holiday home with a fireplace:

Our small holiday home is 63 square metres and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 metres wide), a living room with a fireplace and a sleeper sofa for 2 people, an open kitchen in the living area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The holiday home includes a terrace where you can relax and unwind. You can step outside directly from the living room; the terrace is just around the corner.

You reach the holiday home via two small steps. The rest of the house is at ground level.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer.
Anglers are welcome to freeze their catch here. Unfortunately, cleaning fish inside the house or on the property is not permitted.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und nett eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vor Ort. Das Haus ist sauber, hat einen angenehmen Schnitt. Durch ein mechanisches Tor ist das Grundstück gut eingezäunt, sodass auch Hunde Auslauf haben. Es liegt gut versteckt in ruhiger Lage. Das fanden wir sehr nett. Nicht weit, kommt man zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, auch zu Fuß, erreichbar. Ein Bus fährt alle 30 min. Man hat eine Waschmaschine dort. Kann die Obstbäume nutzen und wenn man möchte, auch eine Sauna, die auf dem Hof steht. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Man möchte im Urlaub ja auch mal entschleunigen. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett.Fazit: WIR haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung. WIR kommen gerne wieder.
