Fall Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities they had for little ones. The lake house is beautifully decorated and the views are majestic. Conveniently located close to major routes and not far from Parry Sound. Host is quick to respond, and booking and check in process very efficient. Great spot!

It was beautiful, the main room was ideal for making meals and still being apart of the goings on. The whole cottage has an inviting ambience. The Lake theme is relaxing and your seasonal decorations were well appointed. We were able to enjoy a time with our family in a place that accommodated us all so well.

Luxury Property with a Prime Location

Everything went very well. The amenities were top notch. The drive was very simple and direct--2 hours from Toronto. Loved the well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We all enjoyed being so close to the lake. There is a nice sandy spot we all enjoyed playing in!

Great vacation rental

This cottage is large , new and has a great setting on the edge of Silver Lake right across the Lake Joseph Road from Lake Joseph. Three beautiful bedrooms and large living space decorated tastefully. Outside amenities have hammocks, hot-tub , fire pit and new dock beside lake and cottage . Very high class appointments.

Family Holiday

The cottage has excellent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake, relaxing in the hot tub and the nightly campfires. The modern kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery and dishes etc. that you need. The oven and barbecue allowed us to cook delicious family meals together. The only drawback is the closeness of the busy road the cottage is located off of. We could hear the traffic day and night.

Family stay in Muskoka

Superb cottage on a small lake. Cottage (and kitchen) was fully equipped and hosts had cooking basics(some spices, sugar, coffee, tea) as well as foil, saran wrap, etc. Iy was very clean and beautifully decorated (as per pictures). Hosts were courteous and checked in regularly and offered a mid week cleaning complementary. Hot tub came in handy as it was unseasonably cool. Probably the best experience we had renting a cottage. There was very little boat traffic so it was rather quiet on the lake however the cottage is located just off a very busy road so traffic can be heard from the dock. That being said, we would definitely rent again.

Airy, Tasteful, Idyllic Retreat

Airy, spacious, tasteful three-bedroom cottage. Each bedroom is individually decorated to give it its own character. Great kitchen, bathrooms, dining area, lounge area and sunny Muskoka Room (Everyone's Favourite #1). Lovely decor. Thoughtful touches from wall pictures, clever sayings and open books to a Welcome Gift from our host. Solid sofas, chairs and beds. On the oversized deck overlooking Silver Lake, one can be in the sun or in the shade, in Muskoka chairs or patio chairs, at a patio table or at the outdoor bar, lounging, reading, playing games or soaking in the spectacular hot tub (Everyone's Favourite #2). Large fire pit centres a spacious area with plentiful seating on upturned logs and large rocks. Large lawn area with space for walking around and exploring. We loved our stay at Silver Lining Cottage.

Absolutely Magical!

The absolutely perfect Muskoka cottage stay! Stunningly beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom cottage with a fantastic fully stocked kitchen, big dining room table, tons of comfy couches and seating areas, a washer/dryer, and a gorgeous sunroom with lots of fun board games for the family too. Huge deck outside the cottage facing the lake, then just a few steps down to the huge dock floating in the lovely lake. There's even a blissful hot tub (and one of the hot tub seats is a "deep lounger seat" which gives great incentive to be first one in the hot tub! LOL!) And excellent communication with the owners, who we never met, but were available to answer any questions after a quick "send message" from my iPhone. (Caro even delivered chamomile tea via Amazon after a question from me, which arrived at the cottage our first morning! WOW!! Talk about a fantastic host! ) I promise, your only regret will be the morning you have to pack up and leave. We wished we could have stayed for a month! Thank you Caro❤️ Veronica, from Victoria BC.

Awesome Place!

My 3 adult children, my wife and I and 2 dogs all loved this place! Communication with Carolina is quick and efficient, she is extremely thoughtful and anticipated our needs. I had mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and Carolina left her a very thoughtful gift! This place is a must for anyone wanting to enjoy life at the lake in a beautiful lake house with spectacular lake views and wonderful sunsets.
