This apartment is cut identically with the lower one (see separate listing). Assuming availability, both apartments can be rented simultaneously - then you have an entire holiday home.

On 65 square meters, the apartment offers 3 rooms, 4 beds, a sofa bed and a baby bed. Included is a beach chair on the beautiful sandy beach at a distance of 1,000m.

A special highlight is the fireplace in the living room, which ensures warm coziness on fresh summer evenings and cool winter days. Firewood is included in the rental price - as much as you want!

The place Kraksdorf is an insider tip for all vacationers who love the proximity to the Baltic Sea, but shy away from the hustle and bustle of the large Baltic Sea resorts. The beach there is almost stone-free and it goes wonderfully flat into the mostly very clear water - a swimming and play paradise especially for children. In a few minutes you are in Grossenbrode, Heiligenhafen, Grömitz or Fehmarn. Even the popular Hansapark is only a 30-minute drive away.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und vor allem war sie sehr sauber. Das vorhandene Carport ist erfodert bei 2 großen Autos etwas mehr Geschick (mein Mann meinte Parkkompetenz) Ansonsten war aber alles prima!

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Unser Highlight war der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung dazu gehört. Auch über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns gefreut. Leider konnten wir keine 10 Tage buchen, da nur Wochenweise vermietet wird. Der Strand war nicht ganz so nah, wie gedacht, aber dafür nicht so voll. Badeschuhe sollte man dabei haben, denn es sind große Steine beim Reingehen in die Ostsee.

Schöne Wohnung, freundliche Begrüßung

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man benötigt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Die Begrüßung an der Unterkunft war super nett und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt einen kleinen freundlichen Urlaubssupermarkt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Ausstattung war fantastisch, auch für kleine Kinder, die Lage ruhig und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung freundlich und schnell.
