Wake up to spectacular painted sunrise skies from the master bedroom. Family or guests will enjoy the private guest suite with a full bath. Fully- stocked kitchen that is perfect for making home cooked meals. Enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or dine on the private, screened-in lanai with relaxing views or in the dining room.
Relax and unwind in this tropical paradise with lush landscaping, community patio, community pool, with sun loungers to catch a tan!
It includes a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, dining room, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. (2) Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sunbrella, (2) coolers, beach cart, sand toys, linens and towels. It also includes (1) designated covered parking spot and plenty visitor parking, and free internet service.
20 minutes from downtown Naples’s famous dining and shopping. Minutes to Mercado and Waterside.
Condo Approval required.
Tenants need to fill out an application and pay a fee, required by management, prior to contract. The fees are included in the rate. This ensures your safety as well as the safety of your neighbors.

Wonderful condo in a great location

Hard to beat this condo. It's west of route 41 so easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The place was very clean and well equipped.

Wonderful location!

Paul and Lisa were wonderful hosts. We were a one mile walk on a beautiful path to the beach. Other guests and residents were very welcoming and friendly. A nice little community feel.

Great location close to the beach

Condo was just a mile walk to the beach via sidewalks which was nice because parking by the beach was full pretty early each day we were there. We were the first people to stay in the condo and everything looked pretty much brand new. Nice quiet area, would stay there again.
