This 3 bed 2 bath condo offers both Gulf of Mexico and Vanderbilt Bay views and is just a few minutes walk to white sand beaches! It offers a spacious floor plan with over 1600 sq. Ft and the 3rd bedroom which has a Murphy bed can be used as a office. Enjoy your coffee or a sunset cocktail from the comfort of your oversized lanai, as well as all the amenities including a heated swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis & pickleball, fishing, and boat docks available for lease with direct access to the Gulf. Once you're on the beach, kayak, paddleboard, and canoe rentals are close at hand. For those that need access to the internet, high-speed wifi is available in the unit. It also includes both tennis and pickleball courts for those tennis and pickleball lovers! Don't miss your chance to enjoy one of the best locations in Naples!
