Except for the locked garage and a few locked cleaning closets, the entire home is available for your use.
The cabin is accessible year-round and is just a few miles from the town of Donnelly.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: *This home does not permit dogs over 50lbs*. If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

House was great! Plenty of room, nice kitchen, clean and located in a great neighborhood. Just an fyi, water is very low on this side of the reservoir. Tks for a great stay.
Excellent communications with host. Lake house was very nice and had everything we needed. The dock was floating about 25 feet from shore with no way out to it but to wade/swim. Luckily the shore was soft sand and we could beach our boat for our stay. Overall we were very pleased and we had a great time.
Such a great place for family. The cove we were in is so amazing for kids to swim around the dock and paddle board in the cove. The dock is so great to have for the boat and being able to hang out with the family during the day. The back lawn is such a great size for lawn games and hanging out. Having access to the Blackstone BBQ was so amazing for cooking for a group of people. I highly recommend this place for summer fun. Check in was easy, location is easy to get to. We will hopefully be booking again in the future.
The property was amazing, freshly renovated it seems. Great room with super-sized sectional and huge TV next to the fireplace was perfect. Large master on- suite with comfortable bed was very well done. The kitchen was one of the best I've stayed at in terms of spices, pots and pans, and utensils. I would highly recommend this property.
I wrote a detailed description and submitted it several days ago. I did forget to say I was very pleased with the Frost property management operation. They all were very friendly, kind, and helpful. One of us left her driver's license at the house. Housekeeping found it and reported it to property management who promptly called us before we got too far away. I think that was Natasha.

Communications
Overall, the communication with this rental were terrible. They made us wait until we were already driving there to get information on how to get in. It is not being rented by the owners as being rented by some service that does not communicate well. If this is the kind of communication I would have with this company I would not rent from them again. Also, the house had some issues about safety, which they were good about coming to fix.
