Normally I would not rant or respond in this manner- If, If, - If the pool was so bad, why didn't you say something? Leaves may get into the pool from time to time, but that does not make the pool bad or unusable? We stress, It would have been very easy to pick up the phone and have the pool company come and sweep out the leaves. I get pictures, chlorine readings and PH levels of the pool every week. Interesting the inside of the house was nice but the outside of the house is the problem. This is a country home with no curbs on 2 acres. Did you have fun? Were the bed's clean, kitchen stocked, and the interior sanitized? Perhaps you reviewed with a preconceived notion that it is a fault finding expedition? In our communications we say if there is an issue to call us promptly and we will fix it. Waiting and complaining helps no one. The pool was not an issue and I can send you water readings / pictures or to any one reading this prior to arrival of what the pool looked like. This is disappointing because we tell you to call if there is an issue and then this. Please do not rent houses and then come with a skewed eye. You see what you want and that is unfortunate that is what you took away. When I host other owners, any issues are always resolved quickly and without some back handed passive aggressive review. Makes no sense and it is not indicative of the description you wrote. Good Luck to you and yours.

I appreciate your remarks and will make sure housekeeping is aware there were issues. We always would rather you reach out and allow Housekeeping to fix the issues. Waiting until check out and not sending me pictures makes it impossible to repair the issues. In the future, please text your host and let them know right away. There’s a lot to unpack here. The key to the door is on the wall. Your reservation was over and you wanted to stay on the property with access to the house. Housekeeping can’t clean.Door camera on the front door is to protect guests. Full disclosure inside the listing agreement there’s a door camera on the front door. Most houses in America have door cameras now? Usually people that complain about cameras are nefarious in nature.So the house was quite nice just you were uncomfortable? So I get a three star rating because of your subjective feelings about the door being locked and a camera on the front door being a bad thing. I’m not sure how to even address making any changes because normally I listen to people and their suggestions and try to accommodate. This is a situation where I don’t know how I could do anything different or change? I’m not going to remove the door camera because people don’t want to be seen coming into the house? When my house is empty and people ring the doorbell, it helps to let them know that there’s someone watching the door. We live in a highly surveillanced society and you’re being filmed constantly without even knowing it. Your pictures are all over the Internet, your data sold to Google,Yahoo, Facebook, and 1 million other data mining sites. We do not live in a anonymous society anymore and if you have a smart phone, it’s listening to everything you say. This is a first!
