However, it is also minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, the regional hospital, etc. Of course, there’s the beach: a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach where the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white beaches attract all ages.

The single-story house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located on an exterior lot with privacy behind it. It includes 9 ft. ceiling heights, with 10 ft. trey ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and Shaker-style painted cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a huge island opens to the living room, and a large walk-in pantry for your groceries. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The primary bedroom is very spacious with 2 walk-in closets! The primary bath has a large shower, soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet. Mohawk Enhanced 7.5-inch vinyl plank flooring throughout - NO carpet in this home! A 3-car garage is available for your parking needs. The entire yard is sodded; therefore, please no ATV’s or trailers on or about this property.
