The primary bedroom has a private balcony plus and newly updated bathroom with a bathtub and shower plus plenty of storage in the large walk-in closet.

The main staircase descends to the lower level and showcases the pool and the Pacific Ocean through soaring 2-story windows. The lower level is where you'll find the 4 bedroom (also with an en-suite bathroom) along with the open concept living, dining, and kitchen.

The main living area has a comfortable living space with flat-screen Smart TV plus local cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, real-wood cabinetry, updated appliances, and all of the kitchen amenities you need to whip up a great vacation meal. You can also take advantage of the outdoor kitchen with a gas grill.

This lower level has a wall of windows and several walk-outs to the terrace and a large infinity-edge pool. A dining table, lounge chairs, sitting area, and an outdoor shower give you plenty of space to spread out, kick back and enjoy the ocean views. Listen to the parrots and howler monkeys, get lost in the ocean views, and gaze up at the night sky ... all from your terrace.

We highly recommend a rental car for this property. Your personal vacation planner/guest services rep can provide some great deals through our volume discounts with several local agencies. They can also arrange for private airport transportation and rental car delivery to the home for a worry-free arrival to the property.

The home has covered parking for 3 cars, plus one parking spot beside the house and 2 across the street. Due to the location and steep road, a golf cart is NOT an option for this home.

Casa Ventanas is located in the gated community of Monte Paraiso between Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. Being one of the last houses on the road gives you quick access to both beaches. Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours departing from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
