About this property

Explore the City from the Beautiful, Victorian, Liberty Hill

This beautiful, bright and large studio was recently renovated to bring it back to it's 1920's origin but with modern improvements. We kept the Victorian character but made it amenable to modern life.

It is two blocks from Dolores Park and the Miracle Fire Hydrant. The vibrancy of the Valencia corridor and the Mission is just down the hill. The Church Corridor and Noe Valley are easily accessible via a short walk or short trolley ride.

All points in the City are easily accessible via the J, the 14, the 33, the 22, the 37, the 24, and the F.

Please ensure all windows are closed and locked, all water fixtures are off, all appliances are off, there is no open flame, no fire and refrigerator and freezer are both closed securely.
Please email, SMS and call to let me know you have exited the apartment and surrendered possession.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupant must sign our residential rental agreement and submit any required paperwork. All laws, posted signs and policies must be followed in full.
