This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just minutes outside Lincoln. It is easily accessible from I-80 and Hwy 77, thus making it convenient to downtown Lincoln, the Haymarket, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Arena, etc., shopping at South Pointe, restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Other areas of interest close by are Capitol View Winery, Pioneers Park, Yankee Hill Lake, Blue Stem Lake, War Horse Casino, and so much more!
The home itself is an open concept with an abundance of natural lighting. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy hanging together; or elect to spend quiet time outside on the deck. There is WiFi throughout the house, the kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking, propane grill for outside grilling, and 2 spaces with Smart Fire TV's.
You will have access to the entire first level of the home, plus one garage space with opener. (Presently the basement is unfinished and is off limits.) There is additional outside parking on the concrete or rocked areas.

*Please note that you will have approximately 1 1/2 miles of rocked/graveled road to access the property.

I'm a country girl at heart. I grew up on a farm south of York, came to Lincoln for college, met my husband and ended up in the Chicago area where he attended graduate school. The quieter side of life brought us back to Nebraska. We're no strangers to this area as we purchased our land in the mid-90's and built our home. The home we are hosting was built in 2006. We love to travel and hope we make your experience one to remember.
