A unique "triangle" shaped home offering 2 private suites (one up and one down) with a common living area in the middle. Clean, comfortable home with Central Air. This home offers several outdoor living spaces with a large, covered front porch, as well as several decks and patios. The upstairs suite offers a large master bath with separate tub and shower as well as a walk in closet. The downstairs suite offers an attached bath with extra deep tub/shower combo and a walk in closet. The downstairs also offers a second room that can be used for an office, a craft room, or another sleeping area. Laundry is available onsite. This is truly a one of a kind home with a great north location near Frontier Park, Frontier Mall, Airport Golf course, downtown area, and the hospital.
