Featuring 7 TVs featuring streaming. With the open floor plan throughout, Leblanc 365 at Ladera Resort features two spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large dining table with extra dining on the back patio. Gather friends and family around in the main level living area where you can enjoy watching a great movie or game. You will also enjoy on the main level the King Master Suite as well as an additional queen en-suite.

The back patio features outdoor seating, BBQ, and a private hot tub. The second floor features the second living room with comfy couches and a SMART TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms two of which are master suites. Bedroom 3 features a king and flat-screen tv. Bedroom 4 is a king en-suite and bedroom 5 features a King which is also a master suite. Each bedroom has a flat-screen SMART TV.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. Wonderful home!

We had an AMAZING stay at this home. It is very clean, very well stocked, and in a great location. The 5 bedrooms/bathrooms were a perfect fit for our married children and us. We went to Tuacahn, rented electric bikes to ride through Snow Canyon, and spent time at the pool. Will definitely return!!
