The family fun continues with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and gorgeous patio, and with 13 sleeping spots and our dog-friendly option, no one has to miss out or stay home!

Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Red Rock a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

What a gem! We had a fantastic stay. This place is very well equipped. I love how the pantry had lots of empty shelves and there was plenty of space on the kitchen counters and enough dishes that we didn't have to run the dishwasher between meals. There was plenty of seating for all. We enjoyed many a game of pool and Mario Kart on the gaming console. Had lots of fun at the pool. We only had older teenagers and young adult children with us, but could appreciate the amenities for younger kids too. Would love to come back.

Amazing Family Stay

This place has it all! It comes equipped with all the young family essentials (high chair, stroller, pool wagon, play space) as well as entertaining teenagers. Beds were super comfortable and the complex pool is dynamite. Super fun water slide (especially with dollar store tiny tubes), lazy river & hot-tubs kept us going for hours. Definitely on our bucket list to do again.

Perfect Southern Utah Rental

The place was very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and all the necessities for a 4 night stay. The pool was awesome and supplied hours of fun for our boys.

This property is in a nice and new area that is close to everything. Loved our stay there. We wish cell phone coverage was better on the north side of this community, but that's a cell tower issue and not something the property owner can fix.

Brand new construction with all you need in a neighborhood of primarily other vacation rentals. Great and convenient location, close to trails, shopping mall, interstate access and community rec center. Kids loved the playroom and the little karts!

This was a nice area with things to do for all ages, the pool area was our favorite, every kid friendly it was like going to a water park. It was nice to have restaurants and convenient stores close by. The parking was a little scarce for multiple cars. But other than that it was a great place to stay.

Spring Break 2024

First time to St George for spring break. We were going for a few days of mountain biking. Location was excellent and accommodations were fabulous. We had access to half the garage to store bikes. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

Nice, New and Comfortable

New construction was great. My wife and kids loved the decor and pooltable. Beds were great, king in master and actually had 4k samsung tvs in each bedroom not the usual crappy tvs that you can't watch. The only negative is the loud construction that starts at 6am 100ft away and the garbage that collects around the condo from the workers. This was a great place to stay.

Family fun

This was a great place to stay for families. The well stocked rental provided a pool table, all the swim toys that we needed, and scooters for the kids to get back-and-forth to the pool. It also had a TV in every room, which was nice. It had a fun Pac-Man game, but we couldn’t figure out how to play it so we should’ve contacted the property manager and asked them how to use it. Our boys would’ve like that. The only thing that was a downer for us was that the slide at the pool was closed and the main reason we had booked that property was so the kids could have a slide at the pool.

Enjoyed the home and area.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! (Family of 4, but could have fit 7-8 very comfortably) The property was clean inside and out and well-appointed, making it perfect for guests of all ages. We really appreciated that pets were welcome, and there was no trace of previous pet odors or anything unusual—just a fresh, inviting space. The amenities were fantastic! The pickleball courts were a hit, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and lazy river. The location was great, with easy walking access to paths around the units and walking to and from the pool about a block away. The management company was easy to work with and reached out welcoming us to the property via text for easy contact if needed. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental to others!

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. It was sparkling clean! It was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Our granddaughters loved the playroom under the stairs and the toys in the garage. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It was nice and roomy. We had 7 people and 1 dog and did not feel cramped at all. The pool was amazing- it had a great water slide and lazy river. Nice pickle ball court. There were no negatives about this property and dozens of positives. Will most definitely book again!
