What a great little place on the canal. The pool area was beautiful which is where we spent a lot of our time in the afternoon and evening. Within a short walk to the bay or the gulf, shopping, and restaurants! We will definitely return to Lavender Lagoon!!!

Great location.

Near everything. Fishing off dock was great. Set kayaks out from the dock also. Needed a new gas tank for grill and they were on the spot getting us a new one. Definitely recommend.

Outside oasis

The house was great! Very clean and great location. We loved the backyard lounge area, the pool/hot tub and the putt putt/bags area. The boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and they even had two fishing poles available. Very easy walk to pine avenue. They also had a beach cart/chairs if you wanted to go to the beach for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break escape

We brought our family to Anna Marie for the first time for a little spring break get away and the lavender lagoon was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The property is gorgeous, the location is perfect, we loved renting from lazy lizard around the corner (golf cart and bikes), enjoyed coffee and donuts at the donut experiment all within a couple minute walk and the beach (10 min walk(. We spent a lot of time at the property itself as the pool was perfect for our kiddos 3yo, 6yo, and 15yo and my husband and father in law loved sitting on the canal watching manatees swim by. The beds we comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in. Will be back.

Nice amenities. Mattresses and pillows ok, not wonderful. Very limited cell coverage for T-Mobile. Pool and pool house were great. Games, beach chairs all great. The property needs more overhead lighting. Lamps don't provide as good of a lighting source as ceiling lights. Lots of room in house.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

One of the best rentals we’ve ever had! I was there in March with my 3 kids & their 2 friends, all ages 17-21. I was afraid Anna Maria might be a little too quiet for them but this house made it perfect. I can’t say enough about the pool, hot tub & cabana. We would walk to North Shore Cafe for amazing coffee & breakfast, eat lunch at the house so we could spend the day swimming & sunning & napping in the cabana, then head to dinner in Bradenton Beach or our favorite Sandbar restaurant. The house is located so close to shops & restaurants (& not far from the beach), yet the pool area is nicely private. The dock on the canal is great for morning coffee too. The house itself is nicely decorated, quite comfortable & spotlessly clean. We WILL be renting here again!

My wife and I had never been to AMI and I must say this property gave us an amazing welcoming. The pictures online were exactly what you saw in person and trust me the pool setup is three times as stunning in person. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in AMI. January 2022 Anna Maria trip

Great home, very comfortable with a great pool and access to the canal and Tampa Bay for kayaking. Only concern is the video tour of the property that says kayaks are available. They were locked and not available to property renters, so we rented them from a local company.
