This property was super nice! Very clean and quiet! The pool is a great size, and the dock access was fun too. We rented kayaks and paddleboards to explore the canals and went out to the bayside. The kitchen was well-appointed. There were plenty of beach towels and lots of beach equipment, including many beach chairs, a cart, tubes, etc. We loved Anna Maria, and this house was great! I might suggest another table that would accommodate more guests.

The place was amazing; we had an excellent time. Perfect location!!!!!! All the rooms were good with comfortable bed mattress. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, and you had plenty of space to gather as a group in the living room area. It is a perfect place to spend time with family specially if you have elderlies in the group as the majority of the houses in the area are two story. This was great for my parents who struggle going up the stairs. The only critique would be the glass doors could be cleaner, especially outside. It was our first time ever using a rental property as we had only ever stayed in hotels. We will be back!!!

This was the PERFECT house for 3 kids (3/7/9) and 3 adults. 5 bedrooms (1 of them being a double full bedroom). The house was so clean and had all the cookware, dishes utensils etc that you would need. They also had a pack and play brought to the house for us as requested. The pool is massive and private and was the perfect temp. We had a golf cart that we rented which was perfect with a little one but walking to the beach was also completely an option ( 5 min). It was close to a bunch of restaurants and shops (3 min- 8 min drive) on a golf cart depending on how far you wanted to go. Also completely walkable. The Publix supermarket was 11 min away but we had our groceries delivered from Walmart. I loved that it was a ranch with no steps and lots of open space. Plenty of towels, pool towels and a great washer and dryer and dishwasher. We absolutely recommend this place!!!

We rented this house for 5 nights with a party of 9! 6 adults and three kids and it worked out great. The house is spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. Plenty of inside space as well as outdoor seating around the heated in ground pool. Short walk to a beautiful beach. The pictures online are totally accurate, it really is a beautiful sprawling ranch. Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes. We appreciated the beach chairs and cart as well as the pool toys! We liked watching the manatees from the dock in the back yard. The door alarms to the pool area are a little annoying but with kids and the pool and the dock you have to appreciate them. This house is just beautiful !
