Great pricing on longer term leases! This is one of five beach apartments located together, (also see VRBO #757965 or call for availability). It is just a short walk to the coastal trail, beaches, surfing and fishing. Pillar Point Harbor and the world famous Mavrick's surf break are located just one half mile away. Explore the unique downtown of Half Moon Bay, check out San Gregorio and Pescadero. We are just 30 minutes to San Francisco! Hike, bike, paddle board, relax and enjoy all that the San Mateo County Coastside has to offer. The apartments are turn key, ready for coastal living. They are ideal for vacations, reunions, weddings or longer stays.

There are numerous great dining spots close by, as well as live entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen makes eating in quite easy. Accessible and AFFORDABLE!

Best part of our stay was the location. We absolutely loved the sleepy town of El Granada. The beach is only two blocks away and you can view of the water when walking around the neighborhood. Worst part was learning the property had an undisclosed pest problem. I alerted the host about thousands of ants and his solution was to send the cleaning lady over to drop off ant traps. We later found several more ant traps under the carpet in the living room and in the corners. There were more ant traps under the sink in the kitchen as well, leading us to believe this is a longstanding problem. The host should consider hiring professional pest control services to eliminate the ants before hosting future guests, or at least disclose the issue beforehand.

We had one of our employee booked at this rental for a week. He said it was a great place. He will be returning for a couple of months. The owner is a great communicator and very helpful. I would recommend this rental.

What a great getaway. I came for my nieces graduation and was able to host a small gathering for my family The apartment had everything I needed and was so sweet and quaint. Awesome getaway!

This cozy beach retreat exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect location and offers everything you need for your visit to Northern California. The beds were comfy, the water pressure is great and walking around the neighborhood and down to the beach was super relaxing. We highly recommend this vrbo property.

Wonderful location!!!

This cozy apartment worked well for my hubby and me. Great location to bike/walking path, restaurants; town is full of great food spots. The beach is so close and we actually had a view from #1. Owner is a great communicator and had fresh flowers and a bag of ice waiting for us. It is a small space, but was clean and inviting. Great neighborhood vibe. Good wifi and cable tv

Great simple 2 bedroom 1969s beach apartment with all required ammenities + fresh floral bouquet. I booked this rental for an employee of our company. After his 50 night stay he reported back that it was a great place. It was clean and had everything he needed. It is in a safe area, within walking distance to the beach and stores. He had zero issues with the place. He really enjoyed his time there. The owner is a very nice man and a good communicator. Highly recommend.

Great place situated in the middle of two beaches

This property was as pictured. The furniture was new. We had everything we needed for a great stay including lovely flowers. Ralph was responsive to our inquiries. The beaches, restaurants, and a park were all within walking distance.

Landlord (Ralph Ely) was great with timeliness and communication. fresh flowers greeted us, property was close to beaches, local shops, very comfortable, lots of linens and kitchen items. Quiet neighborhood with greenspace for walking the avenue and historic markers 😃

Labor Day/Anniversary Stay!

Great property! Only a couple of blocks to the beach and an easy walk to several restaurants and Hop Dogma brewery, which was fabulous! Super clean place with fresh flowers waiting for us on check in. Ralph was great. We mistakenly left a couple of personal items at the property, and he graciously mailed them to us free of charge. Thanks Ralph!

Pumpkin Fest getaway

Lovely clean little apartment with close proximity between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. Worked perfect for our family of four during the Pumpkin festival! Great location, was quite and had serene views of the ocean. Ocean just a short walk down the hill. Would recommend and stay here again!

We were looking for a home base last minute in Half Moon Bay for our family and were so grateful to have found this spot. The apartment was of reasonable size- a small 2 bedroom. Ralph was friendly and was available for questions Great location near half moon bay and hiking However, the apt was very musty smelling. Internet was barely adequate. A reasonable economy accommodation priced higher Because of llocation.
