Detached house located in the heart of a hamlet of residential houses, on the heights of Grésy sur Aix, a commercial town 5 km away. Spacious and very functional house with a beautiful living room and a separate kitchen. Sheltered, east-facing terrace. Detached house located 7 km from Lake Bourget (swimming, water sports, and fishing) and 5 km from the Aix-les-Bains thermal baths and spa. Between lake and mountain, enjoy a natural setting, between lake and mountain, at the gateway to the Bauges Regional Natural Park, offering a multitude of activities in summer and winter for hikes of all levels. Lakeside path on the banks of Lake Bourget, a comfortable walk for young and old, on foot or by bike!
