Top floor master suite and 1st floor junior suite each have their own private deck. Just 700 feet to the guarded beach with new ramp access. Open bay views. 12 Beach tags, beach cart, corn hole game, umbrella, 8 adult beach chairs and 2 child beach chairs included. 2nd Fridge in garage. No groups under 30. No pets. Our family stayed here for a family wedding! It is a very comfortable home and it is well equipped, making it nice to “eat in” with our young grand children. The kids especially enjoyed visiting the beach and the local zoo!When we return to this area we will stay here again!Thanks to the owner Frank!
The host was outstanding. Quick to reply to any questions we had and very accommodating. The place was very clean. Located perfectly between beach and bay. Necessities for kitchen etc were all provided. Excellent stay.
Absolutely perfect place for a group of us that were in town for a coworkers wedding. Everyone had ample space, privacy and the house was in the perfect location in relation to the wedding venue. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.
We had the best time staying here and were continually both surprised and impressed at how many amenities were provided. We will definitely be staying here again and cannot recommend it enough! Communication with the property manager was also excellent and they answered every question I had promptly.

Very welcoming, stylishly decorated and each room was more comfortable then the last. Cleanliness ++, well appointed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, etc. convenience of washer and dryer. Would recommend to friends and family
This property was great. Plenty of room and very clean. The management group was super responsive when we had questions. We were there in November so not a lot going on around but the place it nice and close to everything. It’s for sure a winner!
We all had a great time. 8 adults and 4 children ages 3 and under. The location is perfect and Frank is very easy to communicate with for any concerns. We plan to come back again and spend another wonderful week in Sea Isle.

The place was delightful, clean, well appointed and close enough to walk for dinner and breakfast. The beach is about 3 blocks but the walk was not bad. The garage was filled with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys ( less that we had to pack). We were a group of 70 year old’s, and the steps were tough, the ice maker didn’t work, but other than that the place was perfect
A group of 11 - very enjoyable - home was just as described, nice layout, kitchen well equipped - loved the deck - it was private - not connected to the neighbor - only negative is the couch seemed a little dated, and sleeping I think was for 11 - but definitely would stay again!
Also, the host was easy to contact, responded timely to any issues - and very accommodating - 5 stars for the host - Thanks Frank!

We live in Warrington, Pa and recently sold our Ocean City property in order to be closer to my sister and brother in law who live in SIC full time. I am the on site realtor at the Centennial Station active adult community in Warminster, Pa. 215-672-2626. We also own a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath single home across the street from Camelback Mountain that we rent out if you also vacation in the Poconos.
Why they chose this property
We outgrew our Ocean City property which was only a 3 bedroom. With 3 teenage kids, this house affords us the opportunity to invite more friends to enjoy our vacations.
