The condo was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Loved that the pool was right outside our door. The beach chairs were super convenient to have when we went to the beach. Area was close to stores and short drive to the beach. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend and would come back to stay.

Tom's house in Delray Beach was perfect for our four night visit. It was walkable to great coffee shops and doable to the beach! We found the pool and backyard to be our most favorite part of the home. It was a very private oasis with beautiful palm trees and other lush plants all around. The pool was very clean and even serviced while we were there! The home had everything we needed and felt very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you, Tom for having such a great home and for being so responsive when I would reach out. We will definitely be back again!

We had such a wonderful stay over spring break! The place was incredibly clean and very spacious, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The pool and outdoor seating area were absolutely beautiful—perfect for enjoying the weather and unwinding.The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Everything looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Tom, the host was extremely responsive and available for any needs. The property was clean, cute, fun, and centrally located to all of Delray’s shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would 100% recommend staying at this property for your South Florida vacation needs.

Everything was perfect. The place is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the baby items provided, which are truly invaluable when travelling with a small child.The host was always available and very prompt in responding, which made everything smooth and easy.The only minor downside is that the property is located in an average neighborhood that isn’t ideal for evening walks. However, it is only about 5 minutes away from the Delray center, so the location is still very convenient overall.

This property was perfect for us! Very clean, everything looks brand new, beach towels provided, comfortable beds, air conditioner worked great and had no restriction on temperature choice, a great pool with loungers and tables & plenty of umbrellas to escape the sun if you like -right outside our door. Tom was so responsive, emailing back quickly when I had a question. He even overnighted batteries for the ceiling fan remotes! Saving this property in my favorites to come back another time.

Peaceful Oasis

Loved our stay at Tom's property! Great location that was quiet but close to all the action. We had quick communication with the host and the listing was accurate. Perfect for a 2 couple beach getaway! We really appreciated the beach pass for the umbrella and chairs. Would definitely go back!!
