Close to Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, & Blazin M Ranch. No parties or pets. No 3rd party bookings permitted.

Super clean home within a mile from downtown & shopping. Located off the main drag with quick access to Jerome and surrounding communities. The boys loved the candy and popsicles in the kitchen - was a nice treat! Great for families.

What a great place to stay for the week with our family in Cottonwood! The home is immaculate and clean with a back porch and outside area for great family fun! The kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. Such a delight to stay in a place that seriously thinks about what guests really need! We would highly recommend staying here! The communication with the host was superb and we had such a great stay and created many memories to last a lifetime!

Lovely property with owners who were very easy to communicate with. Home was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It provided plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Great location as the start and ending point if you want to head to Jerome & Sedona. Great location for first trip to Sedona area

We had a great stay. The place has everything you need and more. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends/family. The rental is a short walk to Old Cottonwood. Close to Jerome and Clarkdale, and only 30 min to Sedona. We had delicious meals at Colt Grill and the Hilltop Winery. Lots of hiking just a short drive away. We did the Boynton Vortex and Devil Bridge (hint: the road is a shorter walk from the parking lot.
