Fantasea is a very unique houseboat. It is a 51 foot Blue Water trawler. It has two floors of living and entertaining space. The bottom floor has two cabins with full-size bathrooms, including bathtubs and showers. Salon has a reclining sofa bed. All of it sleeps 6. The kitchen has, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, kitchen sink, dishwasher, Bluetooth portable speaker, wi-fi, printer. Upstairs has a large cooler, lounge chairs, coffee table, day beds. I realized 5 years ago that a lot of people want to experience different types of vacations. Boating is magical, but not everyone has easy access to one. So I decided that my VRBO's are going to be boats. Five years later my guests agree.

Why they chose this property

Living on the boat gives you a different experience compared to a traditional hotel room or apartment rental. Gentle sways of the boat will put you to sleep like a baby. Morning coffee from the top deck looking over the bay and island of St. John is an amazing experience. Almost spiritual. Evening cocktail while watching a sunset is breathtaking.
