Great for bigger families

Great stay, nice neighborhood, clean, roomy, updated, and quiet. We came into town to visit grandparents in Sun City. This was nice and close to visit and travel back and forth

Our party of 8 adults found this home easy to use for our stay. The home was clean and it was easy to access Spring training, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The kitchen is very spacious and the two living provide options. Jaki was quick to communicate and easy to reach out to.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home. Check-in was easy and so was check-out. Jaki is a wonderful host and replies to requests or questions very quickly. Grandkids enjoyed the pooI. If our travels bring us back to Peoria we will definitely stay there again.

We spent 6 days at this property. Overall, it was a good experience. The host was very responsive to any inquiries. The house was pretty clean, the kitchen had most anything that you’d need and the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor spaces were great and pool was well maintained. It is in a good location for getting to several baseball venues and a couple of nice parks close by for hiking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Spring Training Trip

The house was in a good location. It was very easy to get to and from the Spring Training fields. The home was clean, well-stocked and Jaki (host) was easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with. She was very responsive to our questions and requests. We would stay there next year if it's available for our requested dates.

Everything was clean and very accommodating. The only thing we would change is leaving more dish, dishwashing tablets, garbage sacks, and toilet paper. Other than that it was a perfect property.
