Located only minutes from Glendale's Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Pop Stroke, Chicken N Pickle, the all-new Andretti entertainment venue, Spring Training Fields, and much, much more, this is the perfect place for large families or groups to come enjoy everything Arizona has to offer.

Property includes an outdoor BBQ and family fun fire pit that allows groups to gather around the fire at night and enjoy some down time after a long day out and about taking advantage of everything the area has to offer.

Great spot for a girls trip!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip, and had a blast. The pool was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with! Plus the location was great: quiet area, but an easy drive to downtown. The taco truck down the road at the gas station us excellent, too. I’d highly recommend this property.

Larry, it was great having you and your guests and thanks again for letting me know about the keys left behind by the previous guests. I sent them back to them in Illinois by UPS today. They were most appreciative. Just wanted to let you know that the pullout couch in the office is for pre-approved stays that include more than the allowable "up to 12 guests" reservations. We allow for up to 14 guests with pre-approval and related fees in which case full linens, pillows, etc. would be provided for the office pull out couch. Just wanted you to know in case you come back and want to make use of it during your stay. Once again, thanks for staying with us. You guys are welcome back anytime!!

Great Location in Glendale

We had a large gathering for a family event in Glendale. It is close to the stadium, casino and entertainment. It was also fairly close to Sun City where we visited relatives.The house is new as are the furnishings. We had seven adults staying there and there was room for five more. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The pool was awesome with a shelf to sit and dangle legs in the pool under the umbrellas and a deeper part to paddle about. The only downside was road noise as the property backs up to a busy road, but that busy road has everything you need in close proximity.
