The property location was fine and portofino is great. It was a little disappointed that the listing was inaccurate and the beds (listed as two beds) were actually one. The one bed was actually not a queen but a double and did not accommodate my party. The resort was booked out and unable to accommodate any changes. Nothing was offered in light of my inconvenience
