Our apartment 'Fortuna' is located in a quiet residential area, a suburb of Pula, about 2 kilometers from the city center. Parking is available on the property. We offer you an air-conditioned apartment with a private balcony for 6 people. Bus stop nearby, 50 meters. In 2.5 kilometers you can expect crystal clear water and a beautiful beach with shower. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with satellite TV, 1 bathroom and a toilet with washing machine. The open living room has two sofa beds and a kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people with a fridge, kettle, stove, coffee machine and satellite TV. Behind the house is a sports field for soccer, basketball and bocce.

Beautiful apartment and even better host

This apartment is awesome. Everything you need, you can find there. The host is great, we arrived late in the night, she welcomed us and explained all we should know about our stay in Pula. I highly recommend this apartment and the best host ever!

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung Fortuna. Die Wohnung ist sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Pula, Medulin etc. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Der Bäcker 10 Meter weiter ist toll. Klein aber fein. Jadranka ist eine hilfsbereite und super nette Vermieterin. Sie ist immer da, wenn man etwas benötigt oder Fragen hat.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Man hat die Wahl zwischen 2 Kissen. In der Küche war ein guter Grundstock (Filtertüten, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig & Öl) vorhanden. Die Lage einfach super, man ist recht schnell im Centrum und am Strand. Sollte man ein Problem haben, ist die Vermieterin Jadranka jederzeit erreichbar. Für die Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundlichkeit ganz vielen Dank.

Zufrieden… wir werden wiederkommen!

Es war sauber, alles benötigte vor Ort, wir haben dort gut geschlafen, Klimaanlage abends genutzt und uns dort Wohlgefühlt… Zwar war ein Zimmer bei einer 2 Personenbelegung über… aber das war uns egal…. Die Vermieterin war superfreundlich und hilfreich… so wünscht man sich das… Die Lage ist auch gut am Stadtrand…. Supermarkt in 5-10 min zu Fuß… ein Top Bäcker 50m entfernt… Die Vermieterin hat noch weitere kleinere Wohnungen im Angebot…. evtl werden wir nächstes mal eine kleinere buchen… Danke für die schöne Urlaubsunterkunft Jadranka….

Great apartment

The owner was there to greet us upon check in and to show us the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was great, one side was a seating area and the other we used to dry laundry and beach stuff. We loved the balcony and used it for all our meals we had at home. The owner also provided us with a list of recommendations for the area, the two restaurants we tried on the list were great! She also gave us a list of events happening in town. Behind the apartment is a playground and basketball court. The kids made use of it either early in the morning or once the sun set. There is a great bakery just outside the apartment and a convenience store by the playground. All public beaches in Pula are easily accessible by car and parking is free, so the location of the apartment worked out great! I would def recommend to stay in this apartment, it has all you could need, owners are super friendly and respond quickly to inquires and Pula’s beaches and town are awesome!

Wunderbare, sauber Ferienwohnung mit herzlicher Gastgeberin

Wir haben das Apartment sehr kurzfristig am Abend vorher gebucht und verbrachten dann 4 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr, sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin Jadranka begrüßt. Sie hat uns gleich ein paar Tipps gegeben, was wir die folgenden Tage machen können. Die Wohnung selbst war geräumig und super sauber. Sie liegt in einem Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb von Pula. Daher nicht super zentral, aber dafür ruhig. Direkt im Nachbarhaus kann man Fahrräder mieten und ist dann in ca. 10-15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum Pulas gefahren. Am letzten Abend hat uns die Vermieterin noch völlig unerwartet einen leckeren Kirsch-Likör als Abschiedsgeschenk vorbei gebracht. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Wir können den Aufenthalt in diesen Apartment sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder dort hin :-).

Eine Perle in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist super. Wir haben uns, liebe Jadranka, in deiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Einkaufen kann man alles in einer großen Einkaufszone in der Nähe. Lidl, Spar etc. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenhalt und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne einmal wieder vorbei.

Unglaublich schön und nette Hausbesitzer.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Nähe zum Strand, einkaufen und direkt 2 Häuser weiter due wohl beste Bäckerei. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hatte sich um jede anfrage vor Ort sofort gekümmert. Fehlte uns etwas, dann war dies auch mach 5 min. Behoben. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Freuen uns schon darauf.

Very good stay

We both thought the property was excellent. It is very well equipped, a good balcony, very comfortable. It has 2 double bedrooms. It has 2 toilets which can be a god send. Jadranka is an excellent host telling us where the nearest shops and restaurants are. It is about a 40 minute walk from the centre of Pula but that wasn't too bad. There is enough in the area so as not to go into town of an evening. We would both recommend the apartment.

The property was located in a great place for our stay in Pula. Away from the hustle & bustle of central town but easy enough to get around to all the places we wanted to visit. Jadranka was an amazing host, providing us with a really useful list of recommended places to eat and visit. We were made to feel extremely welcome and contact during our stay was really good. Smooth process for arriving and leaving. The apartment was clean and spacious having all of the amenities we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment as a place to stay in Pula

Super Wohnung!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Pula und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist richtig groß und komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und kann gut deutsch Sprechen. Sie gibt viele Insider Tips und war bei Fragen immer per Whatsapp oder telefonisch ereichbar. Wir fanden es nur schade das man zum Strand und in die Stadt fahren muss sind ca.3.5km, jeweils. Wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter!

Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana in 4 persone. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato perfettamente pulito ed igenizzato. Nuovo negli arredi e fornito di tutti i confort necessari per la vacanza di una famiglia, non ha tradito le nostre aspettative regalandoci una settimana perfetta. Nella descrizione della casa va sottolineata la doppia esposizione delle finestre, che rende la casa molto arieggiata, particolare che ha reso quasi inutile l'aria condizionata cmq presente e ben funzionante, la vicinanza a spiagge e servizi, e la bella terrazza dove consumare la colazione ed il pranzo al fresco e la cena al tramonto. Non può mancare una speciale mensione alla cortesia ed alla gentilezza di Jadranka la proprietaria di casa. Dopo averci aspettato un'intera giornata per via di un viaggio a dir poco complicato, ci ha accolti, fatto vedere casa e fornito una serie di indicazioni poi rivelatesi fondamentali nel proseguo della vacanza, sempre con il sorriso e mai in modo invadente . Particolarmente apprezzato il centro tavola di frutta fresca e le bottiglie in acqua in frigo che hanno allietato il nostro riposo dopo il pessimo viaggio effettuato. La Gentilezza ed garbo dell'Host sono stati sempre presenti durante tutta la settimana. Che dire: tra le cose a cui ripenseremo della nostra piacevole vacanza a Pula non mancherà anche la cortesia e gentilezza con cui la famiglia Bilic ci ha accolto.

Urlaub in Pula

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung rundum zufrieden. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung gewesen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und es war alles da, was man brauchte um sofort einziehen zu können. Die Vermieterin war unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft da, sprach sehr gut deutsch und hat uns einiges zum Aufenthalt erklärt, sogar mit Prospektmaterial konnte sie aufwarten. Sie war sehr freundlich und man konnte sie immer erreichen, wenn man eine Frage hatte oder etwas brauchte. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt am Strand ist, muß man sowieso mit dem Auto überall hinfahren. So kann man ganz Istrien erkunden, wo es eine menge Sehenswertes gibt.

Quint Apartment just outside of Pula!

This apartment is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Pula and the surrounding area, and not worry about parking or smaller places in the city. The owners did a great job decorating the apartment and they stock it with some of the basic needs (fruit and coffee!). Jadranka, is awesome! She was very helpful during the booking process and while we were in Pula! Getting to the apartment is easy, you can reach the apartment from the main airport by taxi (around 150kn) or take the bus (line 8). Walking from the apartment to city center took about 20 min. Stop debating, book the Ryanair flight, visit the city, stay here, you won't regret it!

Moderne, schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieter

Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen: eine modern eingerichtete, großzügige und sehr schöne Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Die Familie B. ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und man fühlt sich in dem Haus super wohl. Ein großer Obstkorb schmückte zur Anreise unseren Tisch. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. In der Küche sind die wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, Spülmittel, ein paar Gewürze, Öl, Geschirrtücher... Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und schön ist auch die Möglichkeit für TV, DVD, CD. Natürlich gibt es eine Menge Insider-Tips vom Vermieter und bei Fragen kann man ihn zu jeder Zeit per Mail kontaktieren und erhält sofort Antwort. Wir konnten so einen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub in Istrien verbringen. Pula ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die man mehrmals am Tage und abends besuchen kann. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Künstlerstädtchen Rovinj und die Halbinsel Kamenjak. Dort kann man herrlich Schorcheln. Landschaftlich ist Istrien bezaubernd. Eine Woche ist leider viel zu kurz für die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten. Deshalb werden wir irgendwann wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, liebe Familie B. und für Ihre Familie alles Gute. Es war sehr schön bei Ihnen, Ihre Fewo ist super schön und gemütlich.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich absolut top! Wir haben die 2 Wochen unseres Urlaubs in Pula wirklich sehr genossen, was vor allem auch an der lieben Betreuung durch die Vermieterin liegt. Schon im Vorfeld gab es per e-mail einen sehr netten Kontakt, bei dem alle offenen Fragen beantwortet wurden. Vor Ort wurden wir am Abend unserer Ankunft sehr lieb und familiär empfangen, so dass man sich gleich heimisch fühlte. Es war alles vorbereitet und man konnte nach der langen Fahrt quasi direkt ins gemachte Bett fallen. Die Wohnung sieht 1 : 1 genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr sauber und in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig und schön modern eingerichtet. Dinge, die ich in anderen Wohnungen immer selber mitbringen musste (Spülmittel, Trockentücher, ...) waren hier schon vorhanden. Besonders nett fand ich, dass wir nach einer Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen haben, was ich aus anderen Ferienwohnungen gar nicht kannte. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war wie gesagt ein sehr netter und familiärer. Sie war quasi Tag und Nacht für uns erreichbar und sehr engagiert, uns einen absolut unbeschwerten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Außerdem haben wir durch die Vermieterin viele Tipps bekommen, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann, wo man schöne Strände findet, ... Unser Fazit: Wenn man sich hier einmietet, um seine Ferien zu verbringen, bekommt man wirklich ein familiäres Rundumwohlfühlpaket! Wir können die Wohnung einfach nur weiter empfehlen!
