The space features a Smart TV, WiFi, Coffee bar, Outdoor grill & Table, and Fresh linens & towels. Tropical landscaping surrounding the home. Parking is plentiful with enough space for your boat! With a boat ramp only 1000ft away, you can enjoy riding along our beautiful intracoastal waterways!

The host provided a nice property with confortable beds, nice screened-in porch, well stocked kitchen, laundry room, toiletries and supplies. The location is very convenient to restaurants, beaches, and shopping.

Charming beach getaway

Perfect beach vacation location! House was very comfortable and enjoyable! Everything was so clean when we arrived. Hosts were easy to communicate with and so welcoming! Will definitely return!!

Somewhat stinky

All was fine until we returned from lunch and there was a ‘septic’ service truck was on premises. Evidently they had been their once earlier while we were out and were performing a sewage service in the backyard. The service left a sewage stench in the house you can’t imagine. Luckily the smell cleared in a few minutes. Additional problem was we only heard from VRBO, not back from the owner. Fence wasn’t completely closed (we traveled with our dog).

Great looking location.

Property was nice and in a convenient location. Some construction still going on but no inconvenience. Problem was with check out. Was charged an extra $175.00 for having company come over for a few hours each day that brought their dog even though we paid a hefty pet deposit for our own. We left place immaculate and barely used the kitchen or second bathroom. Also found out that owner (admittingly) allowed neighbor to video all our comings and goings which is totally against the law in Florida unless signs are posted. Lawsuit underway.
