Everything is just as well taken care of and supplied as every other time we stayed here. Quite neighborhood with restaurants and grocery shopping close by. Off the main streets so reduced traffic noise. Private back yard with a fire pit we unfortunately never had the chance to enjoy
We've stayed in a number of VRBOs in Tucson, and this one was as good as any. It had just about everything we needed and is tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted. Anh and Bryan were excellent hosts, very responsive.
My daughter and I just needed a place to stay while we visited some of the area attractions. This home was the perfect size and very well stocked. They beds were super comfortable. We definitely want.to come back for another visit. Thanks for sharing your little getaway.
The hosts were good, the place was ok. The description saying tucked in a quiet community is false. Dogs barking day & night. We got no sleep & did not have a good stay. The dogs were not on the hosts property, but 2 different homes. These were just behind the hosts fence. There was no way to sit outside & inside wasn't much better. If anyone is looking for a quiet stay, you should look elsewhere.
We were there for the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. This rental is clean and cozy. Easy to find and centrally located. As a base point to explore Tucson and surroundings it’s a nice place to hang your hat.
Cute 2-bedroom with easy parking. We moved in our new college freshman so didn’t spend a lot of time at the home but it was a great pit stop for sleeping and showers. Will likely stay again when visiting!
We loved it. We needed a central location in order to assist a family member at the Banner Hospital. After each long day between hospital and various agencies, we could come "home", cook, eat and relax. Such a quiet place to get a good night's sleep. Met Anh & Bryan by chance first morning, what a delightful couple. This place is definitely a gem.
Great place for cyclists -- and people who like to cook.
This is a good location close to Rillito River Park bike path. All back streets or designated bike routes. Also, the kitchen is very well laid out, with high-quality cookware, and sharp knives! The backyard fire pit was used to good effect twice.
Small. ground level condo with parking near the door. Was a great place to come “home” to after working all day. Centrally located to gem and mineral shows on North Oracle.
Hosts Bryan and Anh were great and got right back to us to help us when we were trying to get the door unlocked the first night. It wasn't difficult, I just pushed the wrong button lol!
All in all a wonderful stay!
This was a month long stay for us. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Owners were very quickly responsive to our outreach. As avid cyclists, the location was great for us as we were less than a mile from the Rillito bike path. Many food stores and restaurants are within a mile to mile and a half. WIFI service was solid with no interruptions, and HVAC system was easy to use and highly effective, making it easy to manage the temperature variations in Tucson in March and April.
Overall, the property was clean, and the location was perfect for us. There were some issues with the water pressure, especially in the kitchen. The shower was also a bit slow. The washer seemed to work fine, however. If you are going out to eat every night, then this place is great as it is close to some great restaurants. If you want to cook, keep it simple as the kitchen is not very well-equipped.
This is a really great place! You can tell the owners really put a lot of work into creating this vrbo.It seems very new and it was clean. The kitchen is well stocked and good quality compared to other vrbo’s I’ve stayed in.Comfy beds, nice wooden fence around backyard area which has table ,chairs, and fire pit.I would definitely stay here again. It is about 2 miles from U of A. I will say don’t judge a book by its cover as far as the neighborhood. When we first pulled into neighborhood we were a little skeptical. The houses are mostly very small bungalows that need a lot of TLC,a little run down. But we felt very comfortable and it was quiet! The hosts were very receptive to any questions I had. Great experience!
The big negative with this property was that we reserved it and then a few hours later tried to cancel it because we realized the location and timing were wrong. The owners refused. We didn’t want to lose our money, so we arranged our travel plans around this vrbo property owners decision. We believe this was wrong and poor business. It was extremely inconvenient and disturbing to us. Just be careful! Tucson is fabulous nevertheless!

Brit, we’re sad to see that you took to our reviews to misconstrue what truly happened. We understand your frustration about wanting to cancel outside of the refund window. Even so, we offered a 50% refund as well as extended the offer to move your reservation dates to better accommodate you, both of which was declined. It is unfortunate that you chose to use the review process to retaliate, but we are confident that all of our positive reviews from previous guests paint the true picture.
This is a great place for the price point. You’ll love it if you want ride access to the Loop. The route to it are in good shape. Highway access is not as convenient if that matters. But for staying north it was great.
The place has been updated in areas that count, kitchen and bath. I was there for almost a month and found it quite livable. Being at the end of a neighborhood street, it was quiet and felt safe. Only folks we woven saw were other guests staying in the other 3 units that all share the gravel parking area.
4 people worked fine but it was close quarters and timing showers was a consideration. Never ran out of hot water through. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
There were plenty of essential kitchen supplies to prepare meals, with basic pots and pans and utensils. No sink disposal at this writing.
Overall iit was a place I would go back to for a longer stay and I highly recommend it. (Just don’t book it when I need it ;)
We stayed here for the second year in a row because we enjoyed it so much last year. It's a great location at the end of a dead-end street, so very quiet, and it's convenient to downtown, the bike trail, and great hikes. We were very comfortable here.
Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Owners had a welcoming basket of snacks & water. There were nice supplies of everything needed for cooking - spices, oils, etc. Was nice to have private outdoor space. Also, the location was very convenient - close to stores and restaurants. We visited Mount Lemmon and the Sabino Canyon, both worth seeing and a relatively short drive.
Nice accommodations for a business trip. Covered parking, large kitchen for cooking, and comfortable beds with nice linens. Very clean and nicely decorated. A nice retreat after a long day.
