The villa in Andalus-style for 6 adults and 2 children is located within the exclusive residential area of Roche, directly at the pine forest and less than 900m from one of the finest stretches of sand on the Costa de la Luz: the Atlantic beach stretches some 7km in one direction, where it finishes at the abandoned tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri, and 500m in the other, where low sandstone cliffs rise to form a series of tiny sandy coves and rock pools known as the Calas de Conil.

Andalusian Jewel offers a combination of forest, beach, comfort and mature spacious gardens that is very difficult to find on the Cádiz coast.

Combining spanish charm and modern comfort in a unique way, the villa is the perfect place to enjoy your next holiday. Surrounded by unveiled nature and with panoramic views, the accommodation offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a studio and three modern bathrooms for up to 8 guests.

Separated on two levels, the ground floor welcomes its guests with an open concept. The spacious living-room with a library and fireplace connects to a dining area for all guests and an office area. There is satellite TV and a music system, Wifi.

The kitchen offers the highest standard of full cooking equipment with an extra household room. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The rooms have access to the terrace, surrounding garden and pool.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the pine forest. On the upper floor, there is an atelier which offers two extra beds für children and a table top football game as well as another satellite TV.

The Andalusian Jewel gets its charm and unique ambiance from personal artworks, typical tiles and different patios. The patio around the pool is tiled with local stones, the south facing patio is the perfect place to enjoy a day in the warm shade while overlooking the variety of trees in the garden and another patio offers comfortable outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and a BBQ Weber.

It is a house that is both cool and fresh in the summer (all the bedrooms have shutters with mosquito nets) and cosy in the autumn and winter months (there are solar-panels, a gas-fired central heating and an open fire). Previous guests have enjoyed, in particular, the spacious rooms, the enclosed pool area with the big sized pool (11x5m) and the choise of sitting-out areas on the terraces and in the romantic garden.

Service:
The house is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Towels and beach towels are laid out in the bathrooms and beds are made up.
A cleaning service can be arranged for you.

A child's cot and high chair are available on request.

The gardener will take care of the garden and pool during your stay. For all other issues I will be available for you.

Changeover day is flexible.

Please enquire if you have pets.

Please note this is a no smoking house but our guests are welcome to smoke on the covered and open terraces.

A tomcat that we adopted through Street Cats Rescue has been living in our large garden for two years. He has an automatic food bowl and is not allowed in the house.

Great villa & hosts

Lovely villa, very well maintained. Hosts were great and always available when needed. Local beach is a 15mins walk, Conil is 15min drive and Vejer 30mins drive. Well worth a visit.

Este ha sido el segundo año en la casa y la experiencia ha sido, de nuevo, maravillosa. Un oasis de paz y tranquilidad para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, pero con la playa y el ambiente de Cádiz a un paso. Se agradece mucho que Brigitte se ocupe tan bien de los detalles, la estancia es mucho más fácil así. Y también destacar la maravillosa piscina, que nos ha dado mucho juego los días de levante! Ein wunderbar gepflegter Garten mit vielen kleinen Ruheoasen und einem phantastischen Pool. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche ist für ein große Gruppe perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist super hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Fragen sofort. Zu den nahe gelegenen Buchten kann man laufen (15 min) und das Meer genießen.

Estupendo

Hemos estado unas semanas en agosto y la casa es fantástica. El jardín grande y cuidado y la piscina con un tamaño estupendo. La casa tiene muchas zonas diferentes y apetece estar en todas ellas. Hemos disfrutado mucho de ella toda la familia. La cocina tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno pueda pensar y más. Cualquier cosa que se necesite está allí. La zona en general tiene muchos mosquitos pero la casa está preparada con mosquiteras en todas las habitaciones. Brigitte es encantadora y responde con absoluta inmediatez a cualquier consulta y cosa que puedas necesitar. Nos ha encantado y si tenemos suerte, nos encantaría repetir.

Siempre que alquiles para vacaciones y por más que mires y leas, hasta, que no llegas no sabes lo que encontraras. El interior es espectacular, la piscina estupenda, la cocina formidable (de todo, con una vajilla y cubertería increíble), el jardín exterior muy cuidado aporta frescura adicional, varias zonas con diferentes ambientes (los hemos disfrutado todos), y Brigitte atenta en todo momento, solucionando pequeños detalles manteniendo siempre tu privacidad. Lo peor de todo ha sido dejarlo, trataremos de volver, y no necesariamente en verano. La situación es perfecta, a un paseo de la playa, zona muy tranquila.

Beautiful house in stunning location

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The location has how major advantages: It is directly bordering the beautiful pine forest with no neighbors on one side and it is built in a cul de sac - there is no traffic noise whatsoever. The kitchen has all the amenities, the pool is spacious. Highly recommendable.

Hier durften wir unsere Träume verwirklichen und die Seele baumeln lassen!

Erneut haben wir zwei traumhaften Wochen in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht. Der liebevoll angelegte Garten bietet mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten gleich verschiedene Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Hier können Sie sich überlegen, ob Sie die Sonne genießen möchten oder lieber einen ruhigen Platz im Schatten bevorzugen. Unsere Kinder haben sich im großen Pool ausgetobt und in einer der beiden Hängematten entspannt. Jeder hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und schnell seinen Lieblingsplatz entdeckt. Genauso liebevoll wie der Garten ist auch das Innere des Hauses gestaltet. Auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar beim Kochen werden Sie verwöhnt mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Überrascht haben uns die Vermieter in diesem Urlaub mit einem Fressnapf, den sie extra für unseren mitgereisten Hund angeschafft hatten. Dies spiegelt sehr gut den Eindruck wieder, den wir von den Vermietern erhalten haben: Sie sind sehr, sehr nett und darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen! Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen!

Perfect family getaway

We were excited to visit a different part of Spain and the images Brigitte would send of the nearby beaches only helped! Once we arrived we quickly settled in and were soon in the pool or enjoying the outside spaces. Roche is a gorgeous area - less touristy than other parts - and there is a comprehensive guide on all things to do in the area. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay an extra day - and are still looking forward to going back one day. The place was great. Pool fabulous. Gardens mature and interesting. Owner reaction quick, helpful and friendly. Area is full of beautiful beaches and towns to explore. If you’re looking to book this I’m slightly jealous. Enjoy!

Geschmackvolle Traumvilla

Sehr schöne und sehr großzügige Villa. Perfekt ausgestattet, wie man das sonst selten erlebt. Großer Pool, schöner und überdachter, damit schattiger Loungebereich. Sehr großzügig geschnittener Innenbereich, schlicht-elegant und modern möbliert. Dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, haben wir nicht als Problem empfunden. Die Nächte waren kühl genug, alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern versehen. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, wobei wir uns aber beim ersten Versuch etwas verlaufen und danach lieber das Auto genommen haben. Sehr angenehmer und fürsorglicher, dabei aber nie aufdringlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Der Ort selber bietet Apotheke, Eisdiele und kleinen Supermarkt. Mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen sind ein großer Supermarkt und diverse, teils sehr gute Restaurants. Negative Eindrücke gab es nicht.

Absolut lohnenswert...

Sehr schönes Haus in Roche, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Ruhige Umgebung, toller Garten, viel Platz im Haus, eine Terrasse zum "Chillen", ein grosser Pool, ein wunderschöner Strand direkt in Roche, dazu kommt eine unkomplizierte Vermieterin....kurzum ein perfektes Gesamtpaket.

Urlaub von Anfang an in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir hatten die Freude, im September 2018 für zehn Tage Gäste in der Casa Feli in Roche zu sein. Die traumhafte, ruhige Lage direkt am Pinienwald und wunderbare Gastgeber sorgten dafür, dass wir uns als Gäste willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben fühlten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als komplett, die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, am großzügigen Pool sowie auf den zwei herrlichen Terrassen mit Ihrer unterschiedlichen Möblierung kann man komplett entspannen und abschalten. Das Lounge-Sofa war unser Favorit an langen Sommerabenden. Die Gestaltung des Hauses wie auch des Gartens ist sehr stilvoll, hell, elegant, individuell und lud zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wie immer war der Urlaub zu kurz, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Jörg S. und Co.

Traumhaftes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Garten bietet verschiedene gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über den großen Pool gefreut - und über die Hängematte. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet - es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ebenso durchdacht ist der Rest des Hauses. Alles in allem können wir sagen, dass dieses Haus keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, un jardin espectacular

Es una casa deliciosa, esta muy cuidada y tiene un jardin de ensueño. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho, aunque haya casas mas cercanas a la playa en esta la tranquilidad es abrumadora. Ideal para relajarse y descansar en el jardin y con la piscina. Muy recomendable.

Why they chose this property

- Roche is an affluent private residence, set in acres of stunning pine forest and situated beside Andalucia’s Costa del Luz, on Spain’s southern Atlantic coast. It has an excellent infrastructure: local shop, pharmacy, hair stylist, bar, tennis courts.

- It is an ideal location for families and children, with no busy roads, a playground for younger children and an adventure playground for older ones, both within the development.

- In Roche you will finde one of the most excellent restaurants of the Costa de la Luz - only a 10 minutes walk from the villa.

- Roche is a short drive from Conil, a delightful whitewashed Andalucian seaside town, complete with a selection of superb restaurants, with a variety of sandy, Atlantic beaches, from small unspoilt coves to a sweeping bay.

- Roche is less than a 30 minute drive from the historic towns of Cadiz and Jerez, the latter famous for its eponymous sherry bodegas, and an hour from Europe’s windsurfing paradise, Tarifa and Sevilla, one of Spain's truly great cities.

- With over 3200 hour sunshine a year, good weather is almost guaranteed from early May to late October. In July and August it can get quite hot, but there is usually a sea breeze and low humidity, so the heat is quite bearable. The sea is warm from mid-June to October, and the intense blue skies and bright, white sands can be dazzling, especially in winter with the low sun. In the winter months the days are usually sunny and mild, while the nights are crisp and sometimes quite cold.
