Conil de la Frontera villas

Our family stayed here in July and have had the best time. The villa is amazing, all the bedrooms are spacious with their own immaculate ensuite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and lounge is stunning and with the doors opening to the beautiful pool, we found it hard to leave the villa. The owners have kindly provided the use of 2 bikes which we used in the mornings to cycle to the lighthouse and back. All the closest beaches are about a 10 minute easy walk or 3 minute drive, and the shop within Roche was a few minutes drive also, perfect for stocking up on most things. The bigger Carrefour just outside Roche is only about 8 minutes druve too. Jutte and Dirk, the owners are just a text or call away for anything as was the housekeeper, but nothing was needed as they had thought of everything when they set up the house.

Could do with a few bits of minor routine maintenance however overall a very nice property with good facilities including quality beds and bedding.

We had an excellent week despite the biblical rain in the last couple of days!

The property is great and just as advertised (maybe even better). Incredible beaches nearby in walking distance. Great communication with the owner. The the manager of the property was on the end of the phone when needed although there was a little confusion at check in which resulted in me waiting for 1.5 hours outside the property before she arrived. The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment and the pool is fabulous. Only one room has air con (as advertised) but the other rooms had fans. I think all bedrooms could do with air con when the temp is 30+ but it was okay. All in all a great break and we've found a place we would love to return to. Thank you family Hoffer! end of

The property is lovely, the pool and outside area fantastic and the location brilliant, 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. We lived the area too, and hope to go back.

Situated in a quiet urbanised and very safe location the property is visually beautiful with every appliance you could wish for available. Lots of space for everyone to be social and communal or to enjoy private reading/ resting in different terraces or on the roof. We loved the private beach access and thoroughly enjoyed the beach bar to watch the surfers and the amazing sunsets. Andrew and Marias communication was excellent and were on hand throughout stay to deal with any questions and to successfully locate a wallet we lost during our stay. Off season there are not many restaurants in walking distance and Spanish meal times can be a challenge with a young family. ( many restaurants serve til 3 pm then reopen at 8.00pm)

We had the most amazing time in this wonderful property. Andrew and Maria were great hosts and very attentive with the small number of problems we had. We had a family meal one night with outside catering. Our chef Carmen was brilliant. She is an amazing cook producing authentic Andalucian dishes to the highest quality. Do use her if you want to have a family meal. The only downside of the stay was putting up with the regular wafts of the local sewage treatment centre. But that’s something outside the control of the property. All said and done this is a Villa we would return to in a heartbeat. Fantastic!!

Wonderful stay, wonderful host, wonderful house and very clean. Beautiful garden and pool space.
