The condo was wonderful!! It was perfect for our needs! The condo was very clean and well equipped and we loved the pools. It is in a great location. Sadly there was a lot of smoking from nearby balconies which hampered our enjoyment of the balcony and work was being done on the condo above us, which was very loud. These were not the fault of the condo owner but the smoking needs to be addressed by the condo management.

This condo was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for our group of 6 and had a lot of items we’d need to spend the day at the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Would stay here again!

Check in and out process was easy. Hostess communicated quickly and effectively. Never had to contact her after check in. Condo was very neat and clean. It was also spacious. I would have liked curtains covering the glass door and windows facing the balcony but that is personal preference--these were tinted which worked well . Balcony faced the beach/ocean and was a great view. Condo was more than adequate for our needs. All the appliances were in great working order. Never used the pools--was mostly on the beachI would rent this condo again.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts was very easy to get ahold of. They even left us a bottle of wine with our stay.. that was so sweet. The condo had beautiful decor and the beds I slepted so well better than home. Wished we could have stayed longer. It was like home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils. No need to bring any of that. The view from the 9th floor was amazing. We would book again

This was our second stay here, and it was amazing both times. Comfortable, clean, great views, family friendly, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, great linens and towels, comfy beds. Indoor and outdoor heated pool, and of course pristine beach. We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

It was great! The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. It was roomy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Family Beach Trip

We had 4 generations together for our family beach trip. The property, Phoenix VII, is very well maintained. The condo is clean and comfortably slept 8. The host was quick and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo & location
