We always love staying at Sandcastles. Beautiful location inside the Omni plantation resort property. Communication was great with property management. Check in was easy. We needed additional towels and property management responded promptly. The only suggestion I would have is to replace or clean the carpeting in the bedroom area.

Great location, loved the view of the beach from the room, easy to get to the beach or pool from the room. Room was clean and as described. Beds were comfortable. The staff on the grounds were nice and helpful during our stay and at checkout. Would recommend and will be back!

Just Right

Rental went smoothly. Great location, Easy to access, beach access was super convenient. Loved that the room had an alternate entrance to keep sandy beach things separate from living quarters.

Loved the location of the condo. My only suggestion would be the bedroom needs new flooring and the couch might need cleaning or updating. But we would definitely stay again.

Over all the property was beautiful.great view from the room.nice relaxing trip.when we walked in it had a smell of like clorox and smoke smell.carpet stained and worn also sofa has stains.just needs an update and needs a good cleaning

A very nice unit however as others have mentioned, the carpet in the bedroom needs replacement or extend the laminant floor into the bedroom.
