This was our second stay at this wonderful condo. Very clean, awesome view, lots of extras such as beach chairs and umbrella, binoculars, sunscreen, beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Fifth floor views from the balcony are awesome.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Another amazing stay. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. Condo was very clean, updated and had everything we could have needed. The property is well kept and secure. I traveled with my daughters and felt safe. The balcony overlooks the pool and beach-amazing views! Checkin/checkout was a breeze. We will stay again in the future!! Thank you for another amazing vacation!

You are greeted with a Million Dollar view when walking in the front door of this condo. Relaxation plus! The host, Johanna, is simply wonderful- welcome sweets are left in the refrigerator, and she follows up with just a minor snag at the front gate, making sure our arrival goes well. The complex is quiet and the beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful time!

Great Ocean view in a clean well maintained property. We enjoy the walking trails and beach overlooks nearby. This was our third year staying here and we’ve already booked it for next year. Johanna is very responsive to our communications and very helpful. Overall an Excellent place to vacation.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at this condo on Amelia Island. It was an excellent repeat stay. Johanna is a wonderful host with great communication and a clean and well stocked unit. The location can’t be beat with a perfect view and easy access to the clean and quiet beach and clean and quiet pool. We look forward to another stay next year!
