This amazing yurt (giant wood-framed circular tent) is nestled between live oaks up on an elevated deck overlooking a beautiful hill country valley. Inside is a comfy queen bed looking up and out the dome window. The yurt is Air Conditioned and Heated, has a full bathroom with shower, mini refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee maker, an outdoor fire pit an yes Wi-Fi internet in case you must connect.

The yurt was well equipped and very comfortable. There was a couple times when there was a strong sewage odor outside but overall not bad. My husband and I enjoyed staying there and will recommend to others.

Overall, the visit was pleasant. Charming yurt (yurt 1) with enclosed view of the trees. It has the feel of a campground that is very cozy and private. My friend and I visited in June for an overnight Birthday visit. Although the yurt felt a little cool at check in, it warmed up during our brief time there. It’s best to be in the yurt in the evening when outside temps are cooler and the AC can maintain 70 degrees and low humidity. Unfortunately due to outside temps, we were not able to truly enjoy the outdoors.

My family and I came to Mineral Wells because our son was playing in a baseball tournament. We loved staying in the Yurt, it was a great experience for our family. Also, there is a pond just down the hill from the Yurt which had great fishing.
