About this property

Cozy modern studio plus huge loft, new construction

This unique back house has a style all its own. I had a lot of fun building this from the ground up and am excited to share it with you so you can enjoy indoor outdoor living and all that this central location has to offer with all the amenities you need.

This was a garage converted into a studio + loft. Everything is brand new, 100% furnished, including pots and pans. I lived in it for a month to test it out, otherwise it's never been used.

NOTE: The bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is upstairs. (there is no bathroom upstairs)

You'll have your own private front patio/ yard, and it shares a wall/fence with my backyard (I live in the front house and will be there with my dog). As such, no parties, no events, no smoking and no pets, with quiet hours outside after 10pm.

Perfect weekend getaway or long term stay!

I stayed at this property for 3 months during a travel nursing contract. It has everything you could possibly want or need for a long term stay. Off street parking, washer/dryer, WiFi, stocked kitchen, light cleaning supplies, a private outdoor space, and in a good neighborhood. Meghann met me at the gate when I arrived to hand me the keys and go over some important info about the space. She was quick to respond anytime I had questions and was a joy to rent from! This space is perfect for a couple or a single individual. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay!
