Top apartment with closed terrace and view on Bonfim near the heart of Oporto, only 50 meters walking from Jardim das Pedras where you can walking / jogging. Here you are near a bakery, butchery, supermarket, metro, bars, many restaurants etc.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a balkony closed with glas, possible to open. Great qualities, totaly equiped and furnished with all you need to live (washing machine, refrigerator, cooker, microwave).
Being absolutely close to the city center lots of restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and clubs, are reachable in walking distance.
The shopping street of Oporto, Santa Catarina, is about 600 m from the apartment. The next supermarket you can find is a Mini Preço, just 30 m or Pingo Doce about 400m. Bus stop infront of the house and 5 untill 10 minutes to get to 24 Agosto metro station, from where you can take the metro to the University, beach or airport.

Très bien accueilli
L’appartement est agréable et assez grand pour une famille de 5 personnes.
Environnement urbain un peu bruyant ( 2 chambres donnent sur un boulevard très passant).
