Newly Renovated Harbor House direct waterfront 5 bedroom second floor home with sweeping water views from every room on the second floor, adjacent to a public boat ramp, fishing dock, kayaking and small beach right out our front door. Picturesque views of Light House Point, Long Island Sound, Downtown New Haven and gorgeous sunrises. Relax, BBQ and fish right off a huge patio overlooking downtown New Haven. Enjoy a New England Beach Lifestyle and tour all the iconic New Haven area “Apizza” spots just minutes away.

Right out the front door there is plenty of parking and 5 miles of walking, running and biking trails along the beaches.

The first floor is Harbor House Studios, a shared office space, podcast studio and coffee cafe. House guests are welcome to use the space and patio during your stay.

Located one mile off 1-95, three miles from NYC Metro North/Amtrak and HVN airport.
