About this property

Beach access! Magnificent view! Studio 3 persons

This elegant studio is perfect for a couple, or with a child. You will be dazzled by the magnificent sea view from the port of Marina Baie des Anges to NICE. You will find shops, restaurants and activities on the port. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, opposite the Villeneuve-Loubet Plage train station, close to the Côte d'Azur racecourse in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Possibility of a day at sea in addition, in the Lérins Islands or in the bay of Villefranche by motorboat with skipper.

Cleaning and disinfection fees are not included. Of an amount of 30€ for 1 person, 40€ for 2 people, 50€ for 3 people, and also depending on the length of the stay (+ 4 days = 50€) the fees are to be paid in cash on arrival.
Arrivals are between 15:00 and 18:00. Any arrival after 19:00 is charged 20€ per hour of waiting started, to be paid in cash on arrival.
A covered car park for a car space is located in the secure residence, and is at a rate of 20€ per day, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Magnifique vue et emplacement pour facilement se déplacer sur la côte d'azur grâce à la gare à 7min à pied. Appartement propre et hôtes très agréable et disponible en cas de souci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
