Relax and recharge your batteries in Biot, in this authentic bastide renovated in 2024, of 150m2 in a property of 3000m2. Quiet, elegant and 2 steps from the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera (30kms from Nice, Cannes, 1 hour from Monaco or the mountains, 10 minutes from Antibes and its beaches), you can walk to the historic centre of the village of Les Verriers (15 mm) or go hiking on the scrubland paths (5 mm). You will stay in the main bastide, next to the owners' accommodation.
