The place was perfect for my mom, sister, and me. We were right across the street from the beach and with the beach gear it made it so convenient to pop over and relax in the ocean. We will definitely save this property for future reference

This is a great 2nd floor condo, very clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Gulf beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. The condo swimming pool is a good size with some shade. This was our 2nd stay and plan on coming back (if available!) Debra is a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach, which made everything so convenient. We also loved having restaurants and mini golf nearby, plenty to do within walking distance. Overall, a great spot for a beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall 10/10 stay! 2 bedrooms, a pull out trundle bed, 1 bath a living room, kitchen & kitchen table. Perfect distance and easy beach access just across the street from Gulf blvd! Not too far from some great food, drinks, shopping! The whole complex looked taken care of and cared for. Debra our host replied to our questions on check in and parking and overall was amazing to work with! We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our quick stay at Debra's place. The condo was just as described and very clean. The close proximity to the beach was great. The availability of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler was very nice. The property also backs to the bay and the pool is very nice. Debra was so easy to work with and was very attentive to a small issue we had. Would definitely book this place again.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

Steps to the beach and pool. Beautiful sunsets from this second floor condo. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation.

The location was great for fishing at a dock area and for relaxing at the beach. This unit was right by the beach access path across the street. The unit was very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable in the unit and in the Indian Shores area as well.The heated pool was very nice too!

Perfect family getaway

This is our 3rd time staying at Debra’s barefoot beach condo. We look forward to coming back each year. Beautiful, welcoming property with the beach just across the street. Definitely recommend staying here! 10/10

This place was amazing! Perfect location. Nice private beach access. Had beach supplies so didn’t need anything. Had sun room with many windows where you could see the ocean. Great space for our family with toddlers. Only negative I would say was cleanliness. Several dishes and pots were put away dirty and we had to wash them before using them. And at least 2 of the blankets you could tell had not been washed, had food stains stuck on them. We also found someone’s medical needle under the couch while we were cleaning to leave

My boyfriend and I loved our time at the LUXE modern Condo! We enjoyed going right across the street everyday for the beach and the sunset as well as having a quiet community to relax at. It was also very convenient to have the sunset trolly right across the street that we could ride to Clearwater or St. Pete. Debra was amazing and made the check in process very easy! I really appreciate her great food recommendation! Would gladly stay again for my next trip to Indian Shores!

Great Place in Indian Shores

This unit was very clean and comfortable, good furnishings in all rooms and very good location with beach access right across Gulf Blvd. We could see the Gulf from our window. This is the place we'll be (hopefully) be staying when we come back. The resort has a very nice swimming pool as well, resort staff were great handling a minor problem we had, so all in all, a real good place to stay.

Wonderful Stay!

The host was very responsive and checking in/out was easy. The condo was located on the boulevard with a view of the ocean. It was stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and more… everything you need for the beach or pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having the grilling area close by. The on-site washer and dryer was super handy and close too. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here and will definitely stay again!
