Overall great place. Loved the location, so many things to do within walking distance. Beach was nice and calm most days. Enjoyed our stay.

Clearwater Trip 2024

A very clean and spacious condo and equipped with all we needed during our stay. The pool, access to the beach and local restaurants were great. The area felt safe and our host fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Great condo

Very nicely decorated! Very clean. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella to use. Washer and dryer not in unit but right around the corner and were available to use when needed. Laundry baskets are in unit to use.

Perfect location and size for our needs

This place was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable to sleep all 6 of us. The amenities and location are PERFECT and my teenagers had a great time walking to the beach, the pool, to get coffee or ice cream, and to play minigolf. We also utilized the trolley that stops right outside the complex for evening trips to Clearwater or John's Pass for dinner. Overall is was great! The only thing the apartment lacked was a well equipped kitchen - there was literally one pot, no cutting boards, a horrible knife, etc. As a large family who tries not to eat out all the time to save money, the lack of supplies made it very difficult to cook in. This is my only complaint though...maybe pack your own pots and knives if you're driving!

Convenient location, 3 beds (2 actual bedrooms), only 1 parking spot

Back room/porch added a queen bed so its not really a bedroom but it worked out fine. Beach chairs could use replacing. Looked rusty so we used our own. Beach is a walk through the parking lot, then down the street about a block, then to the beach access so this is not in the beach or directly across. AC worked good, nice size table outside in private fenced in back....ad should update the pics because it shows an older table set (as of July 1). TV's all great but no manuals so a little hard to figure out. Love the decor, beds great, and equipped kitchen....no ice maker so we bought ice. Pool is just ok, doesnt open till 9 a.m. so we walked the beach instead. Cute place ok for a few days or week.

My family (6 adults) stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation. I organized this trip and was disappointed upon arrival that the space is way smaller than anticipated. It is advertised as 3 bedrooms, and although there is a bed in the back room, it should not be called a bedroom as it is separated by a barn door and everyone has to walk through it in order to go out the back door to the beach/pool so it is not very private. That room should be called a "Florida room" or a "sun room" and have a pull-out couch and would work well for children but not adults who want a good night sleep and privacy. We still enjoyed quality time as a family and loved that the beach, coffee shop, and dive bar were a short walk from the condo. The decor/furniture seemed a little cluttered as if too big for the space which made it difficult at times for us 6 to move around. All in all we were grateful for a safe place to stay and spend time as a family but it was not worth the price we paid.

Lovely place close to the beach

The place is very well decorated with all what we needed for your stay. Nice patio to take our morning coffee. Thanks Stacey to have been always quick to answer my questions 😀. The appartement is 2 mins from the beach and great restaurants near the place. Very loved our stay 🙏
